A guided Shamanic Journey for Gaining Insight Into Your Life Purpose-- Ana's soul journeys are based on shamanic journeying work she is trained and skilled in leading. This journey is customized and designed to help to guide you into a deep meditative conscious dream state where you will have the opportunity to commune directly with your soul's recordkeeper in order to gain insight about your soul memory and life purpose through connecting with your pre-written sacred contracts for this life.
The journeyer will be guided through visualizations and sacred music. Similar to lucid dreaming, only done in a waking state, the journeyer remains consciously in control
of the journey while receiving Divine guidance.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear layers of comfortable loose fitting clothing, socks, a pen, and a journal or notebook. For the shamanic journey please bring a small sacred object, a small stone or crystal, a lightweight wrap to cover up with, and a scarf or eye pillow to cover your eyes with. The journey can be done lying down or sitting up.
